I serve as coach and partner for pastors and leaders, and as co-designer, guide, and resource for the process and all who are involved.
Strategic: I co-design and co-create the season of interim-time with your leaders and stakeholders, then begin the work alongside them.
Intentional: I hold the questions that matter and walk with communities and leaders as they explore them: What is God calling this community to be and to do? Who are our neighbors? What are our habits of the heart? What is our holy vocation?
Interim: A season that begins when the pastoral office is vacant and concludes when the next settled leader takes office.
